Cancellation and Refund Policy

If the consumer chooses to cancel, consumer will only be refunded if their cancellation was submitted 24 hours prior to the booked training session.  If the consumer cancels less than 24 hours of the session, consumer will only be able to reschedule.

Membership Plan Policy

All memberships are set to automatically renew on a monthly basis. The associated payment method on file will be charged on the same day each month unless the membership is canceled in advance. By enrolling, members agree to this recurring monthly payment schedule. Monthly training sessions must be used within the billing cycle. Unused sessions do not roll over or accumulate in the following months. It is the client’s responsibility to schedule and use their sessions each month. Upon each monthly renewal, a booking code will be issued to the client, which will cover the cost of the included sessions when booking. This code expires 30 days from the date of issue and must be used within that timeframe. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before the upcoming billing date.

  • Opting Out of Communications: You can opt out of marketing emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our communications. However, you will still receive essential transactional emails, such as booking confirmations and reminders.

Game Evaluation Policies

Payment Policy

(Applies If Quote Is Accepted) - If the quote is accepted, an invoice will be sent to the customer via email. Payment must be completed at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled game time. Failure to submit payment by this deadline will result in a $15 late fee added to the total balance. This policy ensures everything is confirmed and ready ahead of time. Thank you for your understanding and timely cooperation.

Cancellation Policy

(Applies Upon Quote Acceptance) - If you choose to accept the quoted price and move forward with the Game Evaluation, please note the following:  Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled game time. If a cancellation is not made within this window, you may be subject to a charge of the base fee of $60, as time has been set aside specifically for your session.  This policy helps ensure fairness and respect for time reserved in advance.  I have read and understand the cancellation policy, and I agree to the terms outlined above.
