Payment Policy (Applies If Quote Is Accepted)
If the quote is accepted, an invoice will be sent to the customer via email. Payment must be completed at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled game time. Failure to submit payment by this deadline will result in a $15 late fee added to the total balance. This policy ensures everything is confirmed and ready ahead of time. Thank you for your understanding and timely cooperation.

48 Hour Warning
To ensure proper scheduling, custom quote requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled game time. If a request is not received within this timeframe, the game time will no longer appear as available on the calendar and may not be eligible for booking.
