Game IQ

In simple terms, Game IQ is how smart you are on the field. Every game, as a player, you're constantly making decisions—when to pass, where to position yourself, how to read the play, and when to take action. It’s not just about physical skill; it’s about reading the game, thinking ahead, and making smart choices under pressure.

Game IQ is what separates good players from great ones. It includes your awareness, decision-making, positioning, communication, and understanding of tactics. Developing this takes time, experience, and feedback.

That’s where I come in.

I attend games and evaluate players—not just on what they do with the ball, but how they move without it, how they support teammates, and how they handle different moments in the match. My goal is to give young players detailed, honest, and constructive feedback to help them grow both mentally and technically.

Each evaluation session lasts one full hour and is focused on helping players improve in real-game situations. Whether you're trying to make the next team, level up your skills, or just understand the game better, these evaluations are all about helping you reach your full potential.
